Agreement Overview

This Agreement is between Clous Technology, SL and you (“Customer”). It governs your use of our Services (as defined below). By signing up to use the Services, you agree to be bound by these Business Terms.

Your Responsibilities:

• You confirm that you are lawfully able to enter into contracts.
• If signing on behalf of an entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity.

• Service Terms
• Sharing & Publication Policy
• Usage Policies
• Any other guidelines or policies provided in writing.
• Your Order Form (any ordering document signed by you and Clous or Clous webpage purchases).

Services

Use of Services

We grant you a non-exclusive right to access and use the Services during the Term. This includes the ability to:

• Use Clous’ APIs to integrate Services into your applications, products, or services (“Customer Applications”).
